Deimos is the first rocket project of the society, which will demonstrate the ability of the CAESAR members to take on a project of this scale, from start to finish. The rocket is planned to be launched about a year after the conception of the society – with an ambitious goal of reaching one kilometer before the parachute can safely take it down to earth again.
